Fried chickpeas

This is a super easy dinner meal from pretty much all pantry ingredients. Works nicely when complemented with dill/greek yogurt mix, fresh cucumber, and farro.

Ingredients
- Can of chickpeas
- Bunch of parsley (or another fresh herb)
Spices
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with paper towels - them being dry is essential for right texture
- Add to a hot pan with olive oil. Add spices. Mix, and fry for a few minutes until they look almost ready
- Add a whole bunch of chopped herbs. Mix
- Serve with a fatty food (I like yogurt mixed with dill), a carb (I like farro), something fresh (cucumber), and a little acid (either pickled vegetables or lemon squeeze on everything). Delicious!
